Return policy

The customer has the right, without providing any reason, to withdraw from contract and return the product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment they receive possession of the product.

After this period expires, the customer loses the right to request an unconditional return of the item.


Peach Store Tbilisi will arrange the pickup of the returned product at its own expense within 2 business days within Tbilisi. For large and small regions, the product will be collected within 5 business days after the return request is registered.


How to Submit a Product Return Request


You can submit a return request in writing by sending an email notification to the Peach Store Tbilisi team at: info@peachstoretbilisi.com


If you wish to return a product, it must include all accompanying items and documents provided at the time of purchase, if applicable. These may include:


- Warranty card

- Any accompanying documentation

- The product’s undamaged original box (opening the box is allowed)

- Accessories and other related components


If the product cannot be returned due to any of the exceptions listed in this document, Peach Store Tbilisi will notify you within 48 hours after receiving the request, and the product will be returned to you.


Representatives of Peach Store Tbilisi will contact you within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the request to arrange the return procedure.


If the product qualifies for unconditional return, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 business days from receiving the notification.


The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer, unless the customer agrees to use another payment method.


Products Not Eligible for Unconditional Return


A product is not eligible for unconditional return if:

- The product is not accompanied by all parts and/or documents provided at the time of purchase.

- The packaging (box, bag, seal) has been damaged by the customer in such a way that it cannot be restored to its original condition (this does not include simply opening the packaging).

- The product is broken.


Consequences of Failed Delivery


If the courier company is unable to deliver the product purchased through the Peach Store Tbilisi platform due to the customer's fault at the specified time or address, the Peach Store Tbilisi team will contact the customer again within a reasonable period to clarify a new delivery time or address.


If, due to the customer's fault, contact cannot be re-established or the product cannot be delivered again at the time/address specified by the customer, Peach Store Tbilisi reserves the right to cancel the order after 10 (ten) days from the date the order was placed.


In such a case, the paid amount will be refunded to the customer no later than 10 (ten) days after the cancellation.
